Custody
We operate on institutional-grade custody architecture and operational security practices: separated responsibilities, restricted access, and documented procedures for every movement of customer value. Payouts and collateral returns are always reviewed and executed by a person — never by an automated process.
Append-only accounting
Every value-changing event — deposit, payout, repayment, release — is recorded in an append-only double-entry ledger and additionally documented in an audit log. Financial history is never deleted or overwritten.
Collateral management without forced selling
Your loan-to-value ratio is monitored continuously. From 60% we notify you; from 70% your loan counts as high-risk and we actively reach out. There is no automatic liquidation — any collateral action is manually reviewed and communicated first.
Account & data protection
Customer accounts require a verified email address before loan data is linked. Passwords are stored exclusively as modern hashes. We collect only the data needed to operate your loan and process it under UK GDPR.
Validated inputs, checked addresses
Every input is validated server-side. Wallet addresses are checked against the format of their network before an order is created, and sensitive public endpoints are rate-limited against automated abuse.
What we never do
- We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase — no legitimate company does.
- We never sell your collateral automatically or without prior communication.
- We never initiate contact via Telegram, Signal, or other messengers.
- We do not name custodians or insurers we cannot prove — and we do not promise guarantees that do not exist in this asset class.
